Ever since I began my career in floristry, I have always dreamt of the day when I would be able to take part of a wedding at this venue.

The Greenhouse, located at the base of Sumas Mountain, is such an idyllic setting for an intimate gathering.

Nestled below the trees of the mountain and surrounded by their own gorgeous gardens filled with dahlias and grapevines, there is no better venue for a garden party.

Not only did this couple want airy, textural flowers for their wedding, but an element that is near and dear to my heart - hops. Luckily, harvesting season for hops happens in September, so I was able to source bines directly from a local brewery, Barnside Brewing in Ladner, BC.
